COMEDY CENTRAL, PARAMOUNT+, New York, NY - 2019 - 2023
Creative Director (2019 – 2023)
Led in-house creative teams to deliver progressive, on-brand, 360 launch campaigns for tent-pole animated series, scripted and reality based shows and movies. Collaborate with show runners and creators to ensure alignment on brand voice and broader Paramount+ strategies to hit target performance goals. Work closely with research and development teams to develop campaign strategies that increase ratings on linear content. Develop creative strategies and executing against concepts to hit target audiences with custom programming blocks.
· ANIMATION Collaborated with in-house and show teams to successfully launch Comedy Central's original animation shows, Fairview and Stephen Colbert's satirical news show, Tooning Out the News. Collaborated on campaigns for multiple iconic shows, most notably South Park, the re-imagining of Beavis and Butthead, Crank Yankers, and the highly anticipated Daria spin-off movie Jodie, featuring Tracey Ellis Ross.
· MOVIES Conceptualized, developed, and launched the rebranding of Comedy Central's signature movie block as Movies With Breaks. Spearheaded the overall launch campaign and orchestrated weekly custom promotions for both acquisitions and originals.
· BRAND CAMPAIGNS & SPECIAL PROJECTS Managed teams generating innovative ideas and oversaw all aspects of network brand campaigns and seasonal signature programming blocks Summer House and 31 Days of Holiday Survival. · LIFETIME Managed all aspects of the National Woman’s Soccer League 2017 launch. Managed multiple teams overseeing all aspects of creative including show packaging and graphic animation, all live in-game graphics, original score and sonic branding.
